On August 19, 2024 the SERA Committee was presented with a decision item recommending the adoption of CIP-012-2 and EOP-012-2 in accordance with the Standards Adoption Process. The SERA Committee approved the recommendation.

On March 12, 2024 SERA issued a Notice of Filing for adoption of NERC reliability standard EOP-012-2. Responses were accepted until end of business on May 17, 2024.
