On September 21, 2016 the SERA Committee approved the first version of the SERA Rules of Procedure. This document, and its associated appendices detail the Entity Registration Process, Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program, and the Standard Adoption Process used by SERA.
The Rules of Procedure are now posted on the SERA website and are applicable to all Registered Entities connected to the transmission system in the province of Saskatchewan. SERA will contact Saskatchewan entities that are required to submit a Registration Form for evaluation. The SERA Rules of Procedure can be found on the Resources page of the SERA website.
