On March 10, 2017 the SERA Committee received a NERC filing proposing the adoption of NERC reliability standards IRO-002-5 and TOP-001-4. In accordance with the Rules of Procedure, SERA hereby submits Notice of Filing for the IRO-002-5 and TOP-001-4 standards.
