On April 7, 2009 Saskatchewan Crown Investments Corporation received a NERC filing proposing the adoption of NERC reliability standard MOD-004-1. At that time SaskPower was the only Saskatchewan registered entity and did not have requirement for this standard. As a result, the standard was not adopted.
SERA has since initiated mandatory registration for all entities connected to the Bulk Electric System and all standards that were not previously adopted are being re-evaluated by SERA. In accordance with the Standards Adoption Process, SERA hereby submits Notice of Filing for the above standard. The Notice of Filing for this standard is now posted and has been e-mailed to the Saskatchewan Registered Entities.
