sera notice of abeyance: eop-012-3

On October 30, 2025 the SERA Committee was presented with a decision item recommending the abeyance of EOP-012-3 pending Canadian specific revisions to the EOP-012 standard. This will keep EOP-012-2 effective in Saskatchewan. The SERA Committee approved the recommendation.
