On November 21, 2023 the SERA Committee received a NERC filing proposing the adoption of NERC reliability standards EOP-011-4 and TOP-002-5. In accordance with the Standards Adoption Process, SERA hereby submits Notice of Filing for the EOP-011-4 and TOP-002-5 standards.
