On September 21, 2016 the SERA Committee approved the first version of the SERA Rules of Procedure. This document, and its associated appendices detail the Entity Registration Process, Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program, and the Standard Adoption Process used by SERA.
The Rules of Procedure are now posted on the SERA website and are applicable to all Registered Entities connected to the transmission system in the province of Saskatchewan. SERA will contact Saskatchewan entities that are required to submit a Registration Form for evaluation.

On September 12, 2016 the SERA Committee received a NERC filing proposing the adoption of NERC reliability standards PER-006-1 and PRC-027-1. In accordance with the Standards Adoption Process, SERA hereby submits Notice of Filing for the above standards.
The Notice of Filing for these standards is now posted and has been e-mailed to the Saskatchewan Registered Entities. A link to the notice is provided below:

On August 25, 2016 the SERA Committee received a NERC filing proposing the adoption of NERC reliability standard COM-001-3. In accordance with the Standards Adoption Process, SERA hereby submits Notice of Filing for the above standard.

On August 15, 2016 the SERA Committee received a NERC filing proposing the adoption of NERC reliability standard PRC-012-2. In accordance with the Standards Adoption Process, SERA hereby submits Notice of Filing for the above standard.

On July 28, 2016 the SERA Committee was presented with a decision item recommending the adoption of BAL-002-2, BAL-005-1, FAC-001-3, FAC-003-4, IRO-018-1, and TOP-010-1 in accordance with the Standards Adoption Process. The SERA Committee approved the recommendation.

On May 4, 2016 SERA issued a Notice of Filing for proposed NERC reliability standards BAL-005-1 and FAC-001-3. Responses were accepted until end of business on July 4, 2016.
In accordance with the Standards Adoption Process, SERA hereby submits the Notice of Responses advising of the responses received to the Notice of Filing proposing the adoption of BAL-005-1 and FAC-001-3.

On June 9, 2016 SERA issued a Notice of Filing for proposed NERC reliability standards IRO-018-1 and TOP-010-1. Responses were received from all Registered Entities by June 10, 2016.
In accordance with the Standards Adoption Process, SERA hereby submits the Notice of Responses advising of the responses received to the Notice of Filing proposing adoption of IRO-018-1 and TOP-010-1.

On March 21, 2016 SERA issued a Notice of Filing for proposed NERC reliability standard FAC-003-4. Responses to the Notice of Filing were accepted until end of business on May 20, 2016.
